By accessing Re:kon you agree to these terms. Re:kon is provided by Rekon Technologies Ltd ("the Company").
Re:kon is a BSR design compliance platform for construction project teams. It provides document management, drawing review, governance workflows, and compliance tracking aligned with the Building Safety Act 2022.
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share account access or allow unauthorised use.
You agree to: use Re:kon only for lawful purposes related to construction project management, not upload malicious content, not attempt to circumvent security controls, and not reverse-engineer the platform.
You retain ownership of all project data you upload to Re:kon. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a licence to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are provided pro-rata for annual plans cancelled within 14 days.
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Re:kon is a tool to assist with BSR compliance. It does not replace professional judgement. The Company is not liable for regulatory decisions made based on platform data. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend accounts for breach of these terms. You may request data export before account closure.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
